Shipping policy

Due to COVID-19, receipt of your order may be delayed by the shipping carrier. Please note, we ALWAYS practice safe and sanitary practices while processing your orders; however, with the existence of COVID-19 we are taking extra precautions in compliance with the recommended CDC Guidelines.  

U.S. & International Shipping 

Shipping is automatically calculated on the checkout page and can be seen prior to submitting your payment information. The checkout page offers various shipping method choices and respective prices. 

Processing Time

We LOVE receiving new packages, so we completely understand how exciting it is for you to receive your Brenda Built Collection package(s). We work to get your order processed as soon as possible. Most orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 7-10 business days or Sooner, with the exception of Holidays, Black Friday, Small Business Saturday, Cyber Monday, or otherwise Big Sale days. During these times order processing may take longer due to the high volume of orders.

Also note we have a *SHIP DIRECT program on select collection items, for example some apparel which are shipped directly from our manufacturers to keep costs low for YOU, our customers. Our *SHIP DIRECT pieces; therefore, have longer shipping times which MAY take up to 1 to 3 weeks to arrive to you, BUT in MANY cases can arrive MUCH SOONER from select inventory in our warehouse. We ask you consider these shipping times if you have a time sensitive event. Please feel free to send us a message if you have specific questions, as we have limited stock immediately available at times.

Also, we are not responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses, damaged, or unclaimed/refused packages. You can track your package using the supplied tracking number. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate. 

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, we will send you a confirmation email that includes your tracking number, so you can follow the progress of your shipment. 
 
Shipping Time

Most orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 7-10 business days or Sooner, unless directly shipped from our manufacturers in our *SHIP DIRECT program to keep costs low for our customers, then shipping times MAY take up to 1 to 3 weeks to arrive to you, BUT in MANY cases can arrive MUCH SOONER from select inventory in our warehouse. Please feel free to send us a message if you have specific questions, as we have limited stock immediately available at times. Once your order has been shipped, please refer to your tracking number to determine the estimated time of arrival by the shipping carrier.

Please Note: Brenda Built Collection ship orders approximately 1 to 2 days a week, depending on the volume of orders received, to ensure efficient and quality controlled processing of orders. However, in some cases orders may be shipped more frequently. 

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure the shipping address is correct. Brenda Built Collection is not responsible for orders if the address is incorrect. Customers will have to pay for an additional shipping price to send orders to the correct address. If a package is returned due to customer was not home for delivery, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost.

Damaged Product & Incorrect Orders
Brenda Built Collection carefully inspects all orders before shipping. We do not ship damaged merchandise and are not responsible if you receive damaged products. For orders damaged during transit please contact the shipping carrier to notify them. If you feel your order is incorrect you must contact us by email within 3 days of receiving your order at info@brendabuiltcollection.com.

No refunds, replacements or credits will be issued for orders confirmed to have been delivered to the address provided in an order.

Back Order/Out of Stock Items
We strive to have most of our products available for immediate shipment, unless it is shipped directly from the manufacturer; however, due to popularity and/or high demand for certain items, some items may go on back order. If it is possible to ship a portion of an order, we will send out all available items and place the remainder as a back-order, to be shipped as soon as possible with no extra shipping charges to you. If an item is Out of Stock, but you are interested in purchasing, PLEASE contact us via our chat on the home page, via email at info@brendabuiltcollection.com, or send us a private message on Facebook and/or Instagram.

PREORDERS

Due to high demand, some products sell out quickly and/or are available for preorder only. Any Preorder purchase will be delayed in shipping. Preorder dates are estimated based on factory estimations and can sometimes come before or after the specified date. Orders that include preorder items as well as in stock items will be shipped once all of the items are in stock. If you would like to receive your in stock items before your preorder items please place separate orders.
