As a small business, our policy DOES NOT allow any REFUNDS or EXCHANGES at this time. Even though we do not offer refunds and exchanges, please contact us within 3 days upon receipt of your order by email at info@brendabuiltcollection.com and let us know of any issues you may have, so we can discuss and evaluate any concessions that can be made. Unfortunately, after 3 days no concessions can be made.
Please note our products undergo quality assurance before they are packaged and shipped to our customers. Therefore, it is highly unlikely, but not impossible, for our customers to receive damaged merchandise, unless it has been damaged by the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages by the shipping carrier. If your item was damaged during transportation or for any delivery issues please contact the shipping carrier indicated in your tracking and provide them with your tracking number for assistance.Â
